We make decisions every day. Every choice has a consequence. Every choice either moves you towards your goal or away from your goal.
Some choices are safe, and some are daring. Some choices even move you out of your comfort zone.

I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me…

I left such fights for those who have nothing else to fight…

Think of all the good things in life…you know, your likes… Think of the shows you like to watch on TV. The money you like to spend. The sweets you like to bake.🤔
Now, what if you exchanged those for something great? What if you gave up something you liked in order to have something you love? It may take time. It may take effort. It may take work, but don’t you think in the end it would be totally worth it? What can you sacrifice now to have something great? ❤
Why is it that when something gets hard, our first instinct is to quit? 🤔
New exercise routine gets hard, quit.
New diet gets hard, quit.
New project gets hard, quit.
Relationship gets hard, quit.
Job gets hard, quit.
However, we can look our kid in the eye, and tell him to keep going! That’s what practice is for! You only need to build up your endurance! You can do it!
I guess it’s time to start listening to our own words! Yes, I can do it…keep going!😍 I am determined to continue after my dreams!
Yesterday morning I had the privilege to deliver 16 dozen homemade cookies for the staff at the junior high school! 🍪
The entire time my boys have been in school, I have been a working mom away from the home. I’ve always sent my bribe gifts and extra supplies when asked, but never have I been able to participate in something to this scale. I would not have been able to give enough time at night to bake and pack that many cookies! Extra time in my schedule just didn’t exist. 🤷♀️
Now, when asked to participate in things during the day, I have the flexibility to do so! My #sidehustle allows me to work the time I allow and provides the extra money to participate! ❤

Why do we get caught in this trap of indecision?! We think about the possibilities, we think about the positives, then we think about the negatives. We dwell on each item like it’s a checklist in our mind. 🙄
What if we just stop and pray? Ask God to provide the answer we are seeking….and then make the decision! We must have faith that God is big enough to provide for the good decisions and a way out of the bad decisions. After all, He walks with us each step of the way! 🙏
Most importantly, we must work on developing ourselves! Study the Bible and learn what God has to say. Read books to grow your capabilities! And then you can learn to lean on your intuition! ❤
Who wants a normal or average life? 🤔
Not me! I want a life of abundance! I want to love abundantly, give abundantly, and live abundantly! ❤
I want to be wierd! I don’t want to be a normal American living pray check to pray check! I want to help others instead of just being focused on myself!
I want to grow and continue reading instead of binge watching the latest season on Netflix. I want to be amazing! 🤗
We’ve heard this phrase before. In fact, we’ve even told it to our kids in an effort to encourage them to read. 📖
Not only must leaders read books in an effort to continue to grow, but they also must read others too. A leader must be able to read others and help them determine their potential or position in the team. 👀
Leaders must help read into the future. I’m not talking about necessarily being a prophet, lol, but being able to persue the goal and anticipate challenges along the way. 👁
A leader must also be able to read themselves! They must be able to conduct an evaluation of their efforts and change accordingly. They must be able to continue to grow in order to help contribute to the team. 😉
Remember to continue to invest in yourself. Grow daily in your leadership skills, it compounds!❤
Leadership is like compound interest! Each day of development compounds on the day before as you learn and apply!
