Woah!!! Insane reality by my friend! 👇🏽👇🏽 ”I just graduated college with $100,000 in debt”, but can’t get a job that remotely pays my debt… yeah, people clap, celebrate, and even hug you.
“I just got a loan for $400,000 to buy my first home”, that you really can’t afford, yeah people clap, celebrate, and even hug you.
“I just got a loan for $40,000 for a new car”, drive off the lot and the value decreases $10,000…yeah people clap celebrate and even hug you.
That’s $540,000 in total debt most people are living in (add a few hundred thousand for those living in Southern California), but they are feeling good about it because they are being celebrated for it.
Now, go tell those same people you invested a couple hundred dollars to start your own business…
“Whoa, are you sure?” ◀️ “What are you going to do if it doesn’t work?”◀️ “Umm.. I don’t think those things really work”◀️ “Do you think you can get your money back?”◀️ “I don’t believe in those things (i.e i don’t believe in you)!” ◀️
🦀 Picture a bucket full of crabs with no lid… the crabs never escape the bucket. The moment a crab tries to get out of the bucket, the other crabs pull it back down.
Pay attention to who you are surrounding yourself with and who is speaking into your life!!!
I jumped out of the bucket. I grabbed as many people that would hold on and took them with me! We are a tribe over 60 strong and we’ve never looked back.
▶️I’m sure! ▶️The products speak for themselves. ▶️Ive built a residual income ▶️my business of free to join and free to run! ▶️believing in MYSELF was all it took! . . .
When I was in the water industry, I had a killer work habit. I knew how to sit down and get things done! I could produce the reports, the invoices, the work orders…. whatever was needed, and be successful. I was on time to meetings and knew how to follow up! 💪
Working from home? Well that’s another story…🤦♀️
This month, I am concentrating on a daily schedule, a routine that works for me and produces! This is WAR to get me back into production and success! Woman Anchored in Routine 💥
I WILL create that killer work habit that I know is necessary for me to succeed! 💯
Let me know if you’re struggling with this too. I would love to encourage you and help be accountable! ❤
Have you evaluated your goals to make sure they are your goals? 🤔
I’m not talking about your dreams, but the actual goals to achieve in order to make your dreams come true. Are they yours? Or do they belong to your boss, your team leader, your director, your spouse, your friend, etc? Is the goal something you just think you should be going after because that is what is expected of you? Has your goal changed, but you are afraid to make the change?🤷♀️
Use these last few months of the year to evaluate your goals, the direction God wants you to go, and make the necessary changes if needed. Change is hard, but change is good. If your goals haven’t changed, then chase after them hard with discipline and belief! 💪
There are options available to you to help you achieve YOUR goals… some may be in an unfamiliar package, but it is worth checking out! Message me if you want to hear more about these options! 😍
I once asked a very successful woman to share her secret with me. She smiled and said to me…
“I started succeeding when I started leaving small fights for small fighters.
I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me…
I stopped fighting with my family…
I stopped fighting for attention…
I stopped fighting to meet peoples expectation of me…
I stopped fighting for my rights with inconsiderate people..
I stopped fighting to please everyone…
I stopped fighting to prove they were wrong about me….
I left such fights for those who have nothing else to fight…
And I started fighting for my vision, my dreams, my ideas and my destiny.
The day I gave up on small fights is the day I started becoming successful & so much more content.”
Some fights are not worth your time….. Choose what you fight for wisely.

We’ve heard this phrase before. In fact, we’ve even told it to our kids in an effort to encourage them to read. 📖
Not only must leaders read books in an effort to continue to grow, but they also must read others too. A leader must be able to read others and help them determine their potential or position in the team. 👀
Leaders must help read into the future. I’m not talking about necessarily being a prophet, lol, but being able to persue the goal and anticipate challenges along the way. 👁
A leader must also be able to read themselves! They must be able to conduct an evaluation of their efforts and change accordingly. They must be able to continue to grow in order to help contribute to the team. 😉
Remember to continue to invest in yourself. Grow daily in your leadership skills, it compounds!❤
This past Thursday night, a friend and I went to see Rachel Hollis’ documentary, Made for More Encore at the movie theater. The documentary shows a touch of what she covers at her annual conferences. It was followed by 30 minutes of training. I took notes of the 5 things that she considers important to lead a successful life… (I’m sure I’ll get corrections on this, but I was writing too fast.) I’m going to take one of the items a day to address and apply.
Take care of your house – your surroundings
Ugh! You mean I have to clean?! You mean I need to de-clutter? You mean I need to make my bed every day. End of discussion…I’m not doing it!!
Not really! I am determined to do what I need to do to be successful. It is hard to to be stress free when you are surrounded by clutter! It is hard to focus on the details, when you are shuttering your eyes away from craziness that has become your home and work space.
So that means I need to come up with a plan of attack. I’ve already organized my office..although I still have a few things to complete and finish out my Christmas wrapping area. My office stores my inventory for one business, my wrapping paper and ribbon for every holiday, and my new cricut machine. It’s where I plan, organize, write, and work. My laptop is set up on the work table top too. I would like to finish getting items up on the walls.
My kitchen needs to attacked though!! I need to clean out the fridge and the freezer. I need to clean out and organize the pantry. I need to get rid of the paper off of the bar area. This really needs to get done within the next 2 days while I can still get my boys to help cart out the trash. It is crazy how we can work around and walk past the clutter daily, weekly and monthly without doing anything about it. My husband loves when I have a party planned, because it’s the one time he knows the kitchen will be spotless!! LOL
My bedroom doesn’t need to whole lot of work, but I do still have luggage sitting out from when we went to Cabo on our Lifestyle getaway…in October! We unpacked, just didn’t actually put the luggage away…who else is with me on this? I can’t be the only one! I don’t have stuff all over the floor or laundry piled everywhere…just stupid stuff that needs to be put away!
So I’m putting this all out there…so I can be held accountable for my surroundings. I want success, and with a little bit of work, I can completely focus on my goals, without having clutter hanging over my head like cloud!
So I’ve been asked why I am willing to put my Before pictures, and starting weight and inches out to the world? One word, ACCOUNTABILITY. See, I’ve done this before. I’ve taken pictures, I’ve weighed in, and I’ve taken measurements, and then I’ve placed them in an area where very few people, including my husband can see them. While it weighed on my mind, there was no one to hold me accountable.
This year, I’m determined. This year, I will change, and it will be for the good. I know I can do this. I know that God wants us to live life abundantly, so I’m ready to stop living in the shadows where I hope no one will notice. I’m ready for others to notice. I’m ready to help others live the life they deserve, and I will go first to set the example! The potential is real and I’m ready to make it tangent.
So here it goes:
Starting weight – 290.6
Neck – 15″
Chest – 45″
Right Arm – 17″
Left Arm – 16.5″
Waist – 47″
Hips – 54″
Right Thigh – 29″
Left Thigh – 29″
My goal is lose 140 pounds and go to the gym 5-6 times per week. I’m thankful for my premium nutrition that will help me to achieve these goals! Now it’s time to put in the work!
